Costume(s) for June Recital

 

COSTUMES & RECITAL PACKAGE:

• Students performing in the annual recital need to purchase a recital package.

• ALL BALANCES ARE DUE ON ALL COSTUME ORDERS NOVEMBER 1ST-NOVEMBER 15TH.  

• ANY PAYMENT RECEIVED AFTER NOVEMBER 15th will not be processed with the original bulk order and will be subjected to the order fees and information listed below.

• Once your order is placed, orders CANNOT be CANCELLED OR REFUNDED; however, if it is necessary for a student to withdraw from classes for any reason, you will still receive your costumes, tights, trophy and recital shirt.

• Any balance needs to be paid prior to any costumes being ordered.

• Each student receives the same recital package items at the same rate, whether you are a NEW or RETURNING True Crew Family Member.

• In order to keep our Recital package fee at a minimum, you have the option of purchasing a recital dvd at a later date for a separate fee.

 

RECITAL PACKAGE is $135.00 for females and $125.00 for males and includes:

• 1  costume

• 1  pair of tights (for female students)

• 1  commemorative Recital T-Shirt with the student’s name on the back (you may opt to have initials if you do not want the child's full name)

• 1 PARTICIPATION TROPHY

• Extra practice time and dress rehearsal practices.

Each Student participating in the June recital will need to purchase the full recital package.

Each participating Student in more than one class style or routine, will need to order more than one costume.  HOWEVER, you do not pay multiple full recital packages.   Each students additional costume is at the rate of $85.00 per additional costume.

Recital package can be split into 2  payments:  in order to help families out financially.

All costumes must be paid in full by November 15th @ $85.00 per costume.

The remaining balance on the recital package is due by January 15th.

Costumes will not be given out with any account balances due.

 

****PLEASE NOTE, sibling discounts ARE NOT  on items or costumes, as costume distributors do not provide family discounts.  It is out of her dedication and loyalty towards our studio families that Ms. Toni offers families discounts on student CLASSES .

 

 

Orders received after NOVEMBER 15th will have  an additional shipping and handling fees of $25.00 added to each costume and cannot be guaranteed to be received in time for studio pictures or recital.

 

 

SHOES & KNEE PADS:   ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED SHOES AND PROPER COLORS AS YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THEM BY YOUR 1ST MONTH OF CLASSES.    KNEE PADS ARE REQUIRED FOR HIP HOP CLASS.
