Our Company teams range in age from 4 through 19.   Our teams compete at 1 regional per year  and work towards qualifying for 1 National  competition per year; soloists and semis can request to go to additional competitions if they wish.  By only attending 1-2 as a team, it keeps the required costs very efficient for company families.  Team goals are to make gains and excel in dance throughout the year, as well as to qualifying for Nationals, which are held in Florida for the convenience and cost efficiency of our families.

Students wishing to receive information regarding company should contact Ms. Toni at mstoni@truecrew.org and she will provide your family with all the required information to review before considering auditioning.   As we also offer competitive dance, there are required classes however, they are limited to allow for school and family time as well as other activities as well.

Requirements:

• Attend and pass an audition on skill, technique, performance, drive and a dance combination that will be taught at the audition.

• Attend all required company classes for the company you are invited onto.

• Attend all performances, conventions and competition that are required of your company team.

• Competitive Teams have additional expenses beyond weekly classes, shoe and costuming expenses.

• Competition fees and fees associated with this, such as travel, hotel, etc.

• Convention fees and fees associated with this, such as travel, hotel, etc.

• Company Required items such as team suits, bags, and equipment.

• Accounts must be kept up-to-date to continue on team.

• Sportsmanlike, ethical behavior of the team member as well as their family must be upheld otherwise members must be removed.  

To know the truth behind TRUE CREW you need to meet, work and deal with our Director personally as well as her staff.  In this type of competitive environment, many things can be said, but there is only one truth.... and that is TRUE CREW.

We strive to achieve a drama free, positive, safe environment for our students to learn and believe in themselves, therefore, unsportsmanlike, unethical or unprofessional behavior of any sort is not tolerated.  

We are a family run studio, not a "reality show studio". 

WPTV Channel 5 News awarded our Director, Ms. Toni with the Nationally Recognized Jefferson Award, she has multiple certification in not only performing arts and dance, but also elementary education.  She is in the Cambridge Who's Who of Executives and Professionals and is also a member of the National Association of Professional Woman..
